Miyazaki Prefecture’s Governor, Hideo Higashikokubaru (Video)
Last month Hideo Higashikokubaru was elected governor of Miyazaki Prefecture. Prior to his election, Higashikokubaru was known by another name, “Sonomanma Higashi,” and he was a reasonably popular comedian on television.
