"We are taking active steps to ensure that future similar incident do not occur again and appreciate your continued support of our FamilyMart stores"
Hey, that's what I suggested them to do and that is what they rejected before and I was greatly disappointed, Now it seems they have changed the policy. Is this the power of "Gaijin" smash?.
Anyway, congratulations, James.
Keep up the good works!
It might be just a tiny little improvement, but I believe constantly keeping eyes on this kind of incidents and constantly warning the organization concerned will help Japanese general awareness change.
(I believe the due process is first warn the organization concerned, second, if not effective, inform the media, in Japan or abroad, of the fact, and third, maybe some actions on the street etc).
Thank you for the contributions.
You have been fair, that also I believe, helped a lot. Thanks again.
