Want to get in shape, but not go through the hassle of getting a blasted gym membership? If you live in near Shibuya, you can head on over to FAST FIRST, a new fitness salon that opened today. FAST FIRST’s main gimmick is a “1 coin = 10 minutes” convenience store style fitness program, in which customers can use their advanced exercise machines for 10 minutes at a cost of 500 yen. They are aiming their service at salaryment and office ladies who don’t have time to travel to a gym and are seeking a convenient and fast way to exercise. FAST FIRST will soon be opening stores in Shinjuku and Ikebukuro stations as well.
