Actually the lack of attention is the usual “I just don’t want to get involved – ignore it and it’ll (or I’ll) go away…” mindset. Ie anyone doing such a crazy stunt cannot be trusted to not do other crazy things and they’re best left alone or to the cops, or somebody else. Douglas Adams described it best when he had a spaceship camouflaged with SEP: Somebody Else’s Problem, which means that no one can see it.

THAt is well put tommy BUT most likely they will do it for attention or anything close to it.THe average person leads a　rather 　つまらない　or boring life and breaking away from it is often seen by the young as ideal.Its not just just them though.JUst watch their TV shows and you get a taste of it.I mean,they have some really pointless and exceedingly unbearable shows.The more you stand out,the more viewers like you.THat was why Koizumi was also a hit here in Japan.He wasnt the normal,businessman kinda guy that most Japanese men are.(A weakpoint for Abe)THen of course,there are girls with extreme tans and so forth.
