Japanese baker builds 120-centimeter Eiffel Tour replica out of bread

From Mainichi:
SAPPORO — Popular bakery firm Donq has produced a slice of "gay Paree" at a new store here, with an Eiffel Tower replica made out of bread.
The bread tower, which rises to a height of 120 centimeters, was put on display at a store of the Kobe-based French bakery that opened in Sapporo's Toyohira-ku on Friday.
It was built by 56-year-old baker Koichi Ezaki, who last month earned the title of "master contemporary workman." He spent five days creating the tower, which is free-standing, using small pieces of bread.
The article does not mention who will be given a chance to eat the tower.
