Holiday Gift Ideas from Japan Probe

December 4th, 2006 by James

Trying to find the perfect gift for your loved ones this holiday season? How about some wonderful gifts you can order from the comfort of your own home, using the amazing power of the internet? For example, how about this lovely costume?

The costume is also available at the Don Quixote super store in Roppongi, where I took the following photo 2 weeks ago:

I know what you’re saying: “That is pretty cool, but it looks a bit to heavy for me. How about something I can wear when summer comes around?” Well, if that’s the case, maybe you can get this shirt from Japanese men’s clothing label VARENTINE:

Oh, and don’t forget to buy your girlfriend this lovely ring, from the “Pretty Collection:”

Better yet, how about an Iron Cross? Boy, Rakuten.co.jp sure is a life saver for the national socialist christmas shopper!

[ ゴシック†ナチスリング ]= “Gothic Nazis Ring”, but clearly they must have accidentally typed “nazis” instead of “buddhist symbol.”

The uniform package also says “Hairu Hittora-!” Is that something like “Namu Amida Butsu”?

This is so sad.

I’ve got to admit that respect Japan a lot, also the culture, and the Japanese people, but this is so sad.

Why to eve care post about nazi symbols and related stuff??
I can tell you one thing, you would go around in the west world like that, you would probably get beaten up badly.

Look i can understand that you suffered after that the yankies dropped the nukes over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but why take up a history that hurts so many around the world?

Please correct me if i’m wrong bit to me all those are so deeply raristic.
