Tell me folks – do you like to critique rugrats? How about how horrible dexters laboratory was? Oh we can’t forget about fucking power rangers for goddamn sake.
If you spend your time thinking too hard about Dragonball Z, its like your giving honest thought to Sailor Moon (which is actually on the list).
These were shows that lacked in AMAZING STORY AND PLOT because they were the Beginning! Shows like yu yu, cardcaptor, tenshi muyo!, Outlaw Star, Ranma 1/2, and Inuyasha set STANDARDS for the future of anime. 
I like most all anime – I don’t discriminate – but DragonBall Z remains in my heart not because it has the best plot or whatever you would like to think but because it was my childhood.It doesn’t have to be your childhood too but if you’ve been in an argument with someone, trying to preach to their DBZ lovin’ ass that Naruto, One-Piece, and Bleach (all awesome) are better, then you don’t understand that this specific individual doesn’t hold it in the same place/ thought/ philosophy/ as they do DBZ.

So, my original analagy, is that if you try to say its shit – it’s like your saying Johnny Bravo was shit. It served its purpose.

And if you haven’t watched at least one of these Anime/ Cartoons all the way through – don’t respond because you are new to anime and you don’t have a childhood, therefore making your opinion equally heard but much less cared about.
