Ah, the good old days. I remember a show from 10 years ago in which the hosts put a pile of banana peels on the sidewalk and waited for short-skirted high schoolers to pass by. When someone inevitably fell, they rushed up to her with a hand-held camera and got an upskirt shot of her panties.
So when did it become illegal?
