Another week, another ethnic stereotype sushi segment
Here’s this week’s installment of ethnic stereotypes trying to pick up food with chopsticks(Otherwise known as the FujiTV program はねるのトびら):
Unlike the last clip of this show that I posted, this one actually shows a true perfomance by the ethnic stereotypes. They are struggling to pick up a slippery piece of fruit with their chopsticks, and the comedian dressed like an Indian stereotype eventually fails and gets spun around in his chair.
If you find this offensive, you can send a complaint to the Broadcasting Ethics and Program Improvement Organization using this url (which ponta kindly pointed out in the comments section of my last post about this subject). If you’re going to complain, don’t link to my site or the video, since it will just be an excuse for FujiTV to take action and have the clip removed from YouTube (as they did with the clips from my last point on this subject.) Clearly posting a minute of video as part of a commentary on the potentional offensive nature of a TV segment is a vile crime that must be punished.
