They once distorted Governer Ishihara's voice to make it sound like he was saying "I want to 100% justify the Japanese rule of Korea", and after that they had a whole segment criticising him. What he actually said was "I dont want to 100% justify the Japanese rule of Korea". Japan is the kind of country where mistakes like this just *dont* happen. Normally I would give a TV station the benefit of the doubt, but TBS has a history of such ‘errors’. They once distorted Governer Ishihara’s voice to make it sound like he was saying “I want to 100% justify the Japanese rule of Korea”, and after that they had a whole segment criticising him. What he actually said was “I dont want to 100% justify the Japanese rule of Korea”.

Japan is the kind of country where mistakes like this just *dont* happen.
