Where’s the [American] beef? In the turkey shipment, of course.

Look’s like those sneaky Americans are up to their dirty tricks again:
Delivering yet another headache to those attempting to reopen the Japanese market to U.S. beef, inspectors in Japan found 15.4 pounds of roast beef in a shipment of U.S. turkey and ham. The beef was evidently packed by mistake at the plant of origin, which was not identified. The beef was removed from the shipment of 3,000 cases and incinerated.
Kyodo News Service, a leading Japanese newswire, quoted an anonymous but high-ranking official at the Ministry of Agriculture as saying that the find “underscored the continued sloppiness among U.S. beef processing operators.”
Geez, those Americans! Why can’t they more like the Japanese, who are hyper-efficient and flawless in everything they do?
