Blood Type = Personality Type

I found the Japan Times article to be pretty interesting, so thanks for linking to it. I’m not saying that I actually believe in that blood type or zodiac stuff or anything… it’s just that I’d never heard of the “Blood Type Human Science Research Center” or some of the other things mentioned!

Hrm, understanding the present based on of mythology of several thousand years ago or based upon eugenics pseudo science of the 20th century? Hard choice there…

While it is common to use blood type for predictions they also draw in from other cultures, both Western and Chinese, and do predictions using such things as Tarot, runes and imported methods. Due to globalization across the world ways of predicting future, or hoping to uncover information of the unknown of oneself or the world has taken to blending many styles. One style is not much better then the other, they are all unrealible, and seemly vague. If you were to read about the western horoscopes there is supposed science behind them as well. More then just being born under a sign, but the relation of the planets, and the relation of the other signs in the sky to yours. It’s all about what you choose to believe. Blood in many cultures has held a place of being important and somewhat mystical, contenecting personality traits to it seems like something that was bound to happen when there was finally a way to tell the different between one person’s blood and another. The Japanese culture, being that it has kept its spiritual roots, which allow for furtunes and prediction, unlike the western christianity which tends to frown on many of the forms of prediction relating it to dark forces, intacted, took the opportunity before any other culture to use this, then newly found, difference because of its accepting nature of fortune telling. While another style of personality/fortune telling, Palm reading to me seems to be closely related to the idea of blood reading by using something of your body to tell something about you. To Me it almost make more sense them the blood, because the scars of the hand, and wear and tear of life can tell more then a drop of blood can just by seeing it or even just holding their hand. Hands can tell the whole story of you life, if you work hard your hands tend to be rough, while those who were weak, or cared for tend to be soft, and other such thing and calouses can tell what type of job you worked, and it doesn’t invovled any pain, tulike the blood which you need to procure some how, to read a hand. Each method is flawed, each method has its science, and its own supporters.
