Youtube has some amazing crap. Here are some incredible instructional video clips ripped from Japanese TV:

Video 4: Perfect waist-line reduction exercise. (Involves holding a marble with your butt for 10 minutes every day).

Video 6: Shape your waistline with this amazing exercise! (Just 5 minutes a day!)
I don’t know if this stuff actually works, but I am going to try some of them. In fact, as I am typing this, I am tasting wine to stop a baby from crying (while I hold a marble in my ass).
