Dear NHK

May 16th, 2006 by James

Dear NHK,

I’ve really been enjoying your recent reports on English language education at the elementary/junior high level.  It is fantastic when your reports show brilliant Japanese Teachers of English making numerous grammatical mistakes in their lessons.  I also like how your creative staff corrects the grammar in its English subtitles of the Japanese Teachers’ grammatically incorrect English.  Basically, I  love how your reports glorify the horrible state of English language education in Japan, how the half-assed measures being taken by various entities to improve it.
Thanks,

James
