Screen captures of a video?
The following pictures were posted on a Japanese bulletin board last week. There was no text describing them, nor was there a link any url they might have come from. What is going on in these pictures?

It seems that these Japanese girls are attacking this poor Japanese fellow! Oh Dear!

Close up shot! Ouch!
The Digital artifacts on that last picture seem to indicate that it is a screen capture from some sort of video. Is it from an adult video? Is it the guy from Japanese videos who runs up to women on the street and pulls down their underwear/pulls up their shirt/molests them? Has he been captured and subjected to a horrible beating from these two Japanese chicks? Or they screenshots from a video where girls beat up guys? Both seem to be credible explanations. If you have any information regarding these pictures, please contact us!

Japanese people scammed
It’s a sad fact that many Japanese are ignorant of the world outside of Japan. This makes it rather easy for someone who sounds like they know what they are talking about to fool certain Japanese people into believing almost any bullshit about foreign countries. I have managed to feed various bullshit about my home country to Japanese people; it is rather sad. Of course, there are lots of morons in other countries, but even Japanese who have advanced degrees tend to not know much beyond what Japanese TV has told them about the outside world. Most Japanese TV programs that deal with other countries are horribly stupid, especially travel and trivia shows. Did you know there is an animal called an Anteater? WOW, no wayy!!!!!!!
Anyway, here’s an article about some really stupid people:
Eight people duped in scam over fake $1 million US bills, report says
Canadian Press Thursday, February 16, 2006TOKYO (AP) – Eight people in southern Japan forked over the equivalent of $1.27 million US to a man who promised huge returns involving fake $1 million bills and then disappeared with their money, a news report said Thursday. The United States Treasury does not make $1 million bills. The eight, including three who have filed for personal bankruptcy because of the huge outlays in the scam, are considering filing a criminal complaint with police, the national daily Asahi Shimbun said. Police in Kumamoto, 900 kilometres southwest of Tokyo, could not immediately comment on the report.
The unidentified investors first heard of the $1 million note from a 52-year-old construction material company president in early 2003, according to Asahi, citing several investors.
The president told them about a “rare” $1 million bill that was for sale in Chengdu, China, and invited them to pool money to buy several such notes promising a return 10 times of their investment, the report said.
The investors were told that the U.S. government printed the bills in 1928 when Chiang Kai-shek was still in power in China to allow Americans to bring their assets back home, Asahi said.
The president showed them a thousand of the $1 million notes featuring a portrait of George Washington at a Tokyo hotel, according to Asahi. The investors were told the notes could be exchanged for smaller denominations in Hong Kong, but no exchange ever took place, it reported.
“We continued to fork over money because we were promised, ‘You’ll get several hundreds of millions of yen in three days,’ or ‘You’ll get that amount in a week,’ ” one investor was quoted as saying.
By last March, the eight had paid a total of about $1.27 million, but the company president said the bills would be exchanged by the end of April and he disappeared, according to the report.
The largest U.S. denomination ever produced was $100,000 between 1934 and 1935, according to the Treasury.

Razor Ramone HG (Hard Gay) Video Links
It seems that most of the traffic on this site comes from outside of Japan, so most readers are unaware of the Hard Gay fad that’s been going on in Japan for the last 7 months or so.

Razor Ramone HG, or “Hard Gay” as he is more popularly known, is a comedian whose gimmick is to dress up in some sort of gay leather outfit and hump the air at an incredible rate(all to the tune of “Livin’ la vida loca”). His catch phrases are “Okaaaayy!!!” and “Foo!”. This gimmick, which would have probably died quickly in any other country, has been popular since the mid 2005. Hard Gay makes almost daily appearances on Japanese TV programs.
I’ve managed to locate a few clips from Japanese TV featuring Razor Ramone HG in action. Thanks to the amazing power of google video, you can watch them in your backwards countries! Since most of HG’s humor involves being loud and acting “gay”, you don’t need to understand Japanese to enjoy these clips:
Clip 1 Features Razor Ramone HG emulating his hero, Superman, by helping various people he encounters. He helps a man load a truck, helps a musician, and helps lift a motorcycle(while acting totally gay, of course).
Clip 2 is entitled “Hard Gay Tissue.” Razor Ramone HG comes to the aid of a guy passing out promotional campaign tissues. He shouts “Hard Gay Tissues” at people walking buy and succeeds in making people take the tissues.
Clip 3 is a recently produced music video featuring Razor Ramone HG singing and dancing “Young Man”, the Japanese version of YMCA. It is somewhat gay, but not as amusing as his other works:
Watch them now, before the Hard Gay craze completely dies out!

Valentine’s Day in Japan
Happy Valentine’s Day losers! Did you know that in Japan, Valentine’s Day is a day where women give chocolate to men? This nation is truly a man’s nation; on Valentine’s Day Japanese men sit on their asses and have chocolate given to them by their wives/girlfriends. And if they aren’t complete assholes at work, they’ll be receiving a bunch of giri choco from their female coworkers. Giri Choco roughly translates as “social obligation chocolates”, meaning that women must give chocolate to their boss(who is, of course, a man) and male coworkers in accordance with Japan’s sexist/feudal society. Great, isn’t it?

A month from now(March 14), the Japanese will celebrate White Day. What the hell is White Day? Well, here is what wikipedia told me:
There are many theories about the origins of White Day, but according to one, the holiday began in 1965, when a marshmallow maker started marketing to men that they should pay back the women who gave them chocolate and other gifts with marshmallows. Originally it was called Marshmallow Day, and later it was changed to White Day.
Soon, the chocolate companies started realizing that they could capitalize as well on this day, and began marketing white chocolate. Now, Japanese men give marshmallows, white and non-white chocolate, as well as other edible and non-edible gifts, such as jewellery or objects of sentimental value, to the women who were kind enough to think of them and give them chocolate on Valentine’s Day a month prior.
Stupid, ne?
The giri choco thing isn’t so strict for men, so they don’t have to worry about giving too many white chocolates/candies on White Day. Most women only give chocolates to their superiors at work, but since no Japanese man is going to have a female superior, there is no need to worry about that!
Anyway, don’t take my word for it. Trust this “journalist”:
Office ladies bitter about keeping bosses sweet
Justin McCurry in Tokyo
Tuesday February 14, 2006
GuardianWhen Japanese “office ladies” give their male colleagues Valentine’s chocolates today, most will do so not out of love or even affection, but through gritted teeth.
In a survey by iBridge, an internet content provider based in Osaka, 70% of female office workers in their 20s and 30s would be happy to see an end to the singularly Japanese custom of giving “giri choco” – literally, obligation chocolates – to their male superiors on Valentine’s Day.
Men are supposed to reciprocate a month later on White Day, an event dreamed up by chocolate makers in the early 80s to boost sales.
Both days have become an exercise in not causing offence. The survey found that 46% of women start thinking about what to buy, and for whom, several days in advance, while almost a quarter start planning more than a week before the big day.
Giving chocolate as Valentine’s Day gifts took off commercially in Japan in the mid-1950s and has since grown into a market worth ¥50bn (£240m) a year, providing some manufacturers with up to 30% of their annual sales in just a few days.
But not all treats will find their way on to bosses’ desks. Instead, industry watchers say, many women who buy them have a special someone in mind: themselves.

Sexual harassment in Japanese schools? Who would have thought?
A shocking story of schoolgirls stupid enough to trust their male teachers:
Sexual harassment by teachers increasing in Japan
September 3, 2005
“Teacher B was my homeroom teacher in junior high school. He was very kind and I used to seek his advice even after I became a high school student. But one day, he took me to a love hotel and forced me to have sex with him.”
“I was 15 back then. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it, and couldn’t erase the memory from my mind. It has been three years since then, and I am finally ready to talk about it,” said Girl A, 18, who lives in Kanagawa Prefecture.
On Aug 9, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology released the findings of a report on sexual harassment by school teachers in Japan. Girl A’s story is just the tip of the iceberg.
The findings show that 166 teachers in public elementary, junior and high schools faced disciplinary action due to sexual harassment in the 2004 school year. Of the total, 95 were fired, 30 were suspended, 9 had their salaries cut, 5 were given a warning and the remaining 27 resigned voluntarily.
The number of those who faced disciplinary action decreased by 16 compared to the year before, but the figure has substantially increased in the last 10 years. There were only about 30 cases in 1995.
Of the 166 cases, 46.4% of the victims were students, while 2.4% were graduates. In two more cases publicized this year, a high school teacher in Fukuoka kissed and touched a student in January, while a high school teacher in Kanagawa was found to have had sex with a student for 3 1/2 years. Both teachers were fired.
Many victims have only recently come forward and talked about their emotional wounds. They are traumatized and have struggled with the pain for a long period of time. This was true for Girl A.
“My impression of him (the teacher) was that he was a kind teacher in my junior high school years,” said Girl A. “He wasn’t bossy, and the girls used to joke with him a lot. We used to ask him jokingly if he were still having sex with his wife. And he used to ask us if we ever had sex. It wasn’t a very close relationship with him, though. For us, he was just one of the many teachers in the school.”However, the situation changed after Girl A’s graduation. During her first summer vacation in high school, she revisited her old junior high school with two of her friends and created a closer relationship with the teacher. They eventually exchanged cell phone numbers and email addresses.
“One day we all decided to go to the beach in his car,” said Girl A. “He put sun block on my back and helped pull me out of the water when I got into difficulties. But he was as old as my father, so I did not have any special feelings for him. Later on, when I visited him at his school to show him the pictures we had taken at the beach, he told me that I had big tits.”
In the fall of 2002, Girl A was having problem with her part-time job, and she asked the teacher for advice. Usually, she spoke with him on the phone, but he told her to meet him in person for a talk. Thinking that he would listen to her problem in detail, she agreed.
“This was the first time that I saw him by myself. I was so caught up in my problem that I didn’t know where he was taking me. When I found out that he had driven to a love hotel, I accepted his word that a hotel is the best place to talk in private due to its seclusion from the public,” said Girl A.However, once in the hotel, she felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. But she reluctantly decided to stay as he insisted on talking about her problem. Plus, she had no idea where she was.
Once inside the room, the man changed. He hugged her with force. “I told him that my parents would be worried and asked him to take me home,” said Girl A. But his response was to drag her onto the bed where he started to kiss her “like a beast,” she recalls. “I was fighting back, but nothing worked and I finally gave up,” said Girl A. “His eyes were threatening and his voiced turned low. He no longer had the laid-back style that he used to have. I was in fear as I watched and learned how much a man can change in his appearance depending on the occasion.”Concerned about STDs and getting pregnant, she requested him to put on a condom, but he refused. “So I told him no, but he then ordered me to do it orally. After all that was done, I felt more regret than fear and sorrow,” she said. “It was regret because I failed to see what I was getting into.”
The teacher emailed her on several occasion after the incident, but she refused to meet him ever again.
Girl A did not talk to anyone about it until February of 2003, when she decided to reveal the incident to their mutual friend. When the friend confronted the teacher, he simply said “Oh, that thing,” and made no apology.
It was then that Girl A decided to take action. On July 26, 2005, she sent a letter to Kanagawa Gov Shigefumi Matsuzawa, outlining details of the incident, and on Aug 15, she filed assault charges with the police.Asked to comment, a spokesman for the Kanagawa board of education said: “The complaint is being processed at the moment, so we can’t make any comments or give out any information.”
But a lawyer for the teacher said: “He denies taking the girl to a love hotel. He says he has been harassed by the girl.”
The current principal of the school said: “I have heard about this case from the board of education. When I asked the teacher about it, he denied the incident ever took place. If it had happened now, there would be things I could do, but it happened three years ago before I became principal. If the case goes to court, the board of education has the right to determine the disciplinary action and I will respect their decision.”
It has taken a lot of courage for Girl A to come out of the dark to reveal her past.“Generally speaking, when teenage girls are raped, they find it hard to develop trust in men,” said a therapist. “When a man approaches them, they tremble out of fear. If they were raped by someone whom they used to trust, like teachers, the emotional wound is even deeper. Such girls often stop attending school, and just stay at home. In some cases I have dealt with, the girls were still traumatized 7-8 years after the incident and were not able to fully function in society.”
Commenting on the findings of their report, a spokesman for the education ministry said: “The reality is probably far worse than what the report shows.”

They must have been asking for it, wearing those sexy skirts.
